MyCorBot
Challenge
Josh needed a way to capture messy, unstructured personal and business input — goals, projects, preferences, context spread across notes and conversations — and turn it into something structured and usable, instead of losing it between tools.
Approach
Built Personal OS Builder, the first functioning piece of a larger concept called MyCorBot: a guided intake process that captures identity, business, project, and goal information, routes it through a self-hosted n8n workflow, has OpenAI structure and organize the input, and delivers a consolidated operating profile back by email. It’s the public-facing proof point at mycorbot.com — a real, working brand with one functioning tool, not a placeholder.
Result
A working end-to-end pipeline — capture, orchestration, AI processing, delivery — operating today as a single-user tool. It’s the functioning core of a broader MyCorBot vision; the wider platform is architecture-stage, not yet built out or productized.
Lesson: the value here isn’t the unbuilt platform vision — it’s proof of a repeatable capture-to-delivery pattern, built and working, that the rest of the concept extends from.
