Challenge

Kooler Garage Doors wanted its office reception space rebuilt into something that actually represented the brand — not just a desk swap. Before committing to fabrication, the design needed to be validated on screen: what would the finished space actually look and feel like, walking through it.

Approach

Josh modeled the reception space in SketchUp, brought it into Twinmotion for a full walkthrough render, and cut the final flythrough in OpenShot — the same Fusion 360 → SketchUp → Twinmotion → OpenShot pre-vis pipeline used elsewhere, giving the client a real video to react to before any material was cut. Once the design was locked, the physical build followed: a custom epoxy countertop with steel-frame, glass-shelf storage, and a backlit interior sign color-matched to Kooler’s branding, built and installed as the reception centerpiece.

Result

A finished space that matches the pre-vis render closely — the illuminated sign lands in the same wall position, the counter reads the same wood tone as the render. Real proof the pre-vis pipeline isn’t just a sales visual: what gets approved on screen is what gets built.
