Red Bluff Flicker

Challenge
Two years after the Sacramento River Wildlife mural, Tehama Creatives (Heather Griffin Vine) returned with a second round of grant funding — this time for the building next door — and asked Josh to extend the same public-art investment to a new wall.
Approach
Josh continued the regional wildlife language established by the first mural, this time built around a Northern Flicker set against a mountain backdrop — a companion piece rather than a stylistic departure, on the adjacent building to the original wall.
Result
A second full mural completed for the same client, on the same block, extending Red Bluff’s public art presence along the corridor.
