Challenge

Elevations needed a full retail fixture package — floor display cases, wall shelving, vendor cases, three distinct POS case styles, deli display shelving, and a room-wide custom LED lighting scheme — designed and specified before Josh ever set foot in the space.

Approach

Design and color consulting were handled entirely remotely — no on-site presence required to establish the room plan. LED lighting was a central piece of the scope, not an add-on: under-cabinet lighting for the lower glass cabinets, under-kick lighting at the POS stations, blue LED accents inset into the custom POS cases, and a ceiling-perimeter LED run across all three walls. Once Josh arrived on site, the work shifted to coordination — sequencing around electricians, painters, and trim crews so the space was actually ready for install — followed by four days of fixture assembly and installation.

Result

A complete fixture and lighting buildout: floor display cases, locking-drawer cases, wall shelving, three vendor cases, five POS units across three case styles, flower displays, deli wall cabinets, black anodized aluminum work-surface tops, and the custom LED room lighting package, plus delivery and on-site installation. The remote-design phase proves design authority can be established — room layout, color, lighting concept — before ever seeing the space in person, then step into a coordination role once on site.
